Please do not use NZ Relay services to make emergency calls.

Once you have completed the Speech to Speech pre-call form, follow the below steps to connect with us.
Standard Speech to Speech over the phone service
- Call 0800 8 715 715 and follow the voice prompts to connect via video or phone.
- You will be connected to a Relay Assistant. Provide the phone number of the person you want to call.
- The Relay Assistant will connect you to your caller. Speak as you normally would. The Relay Assistant will be available to re-voice anything for you during the conversation if required.
Video Assisted Speech to Speech
- Call 0800 8 715 715 and follow the voice prompts to connect via video or phone.
- You will be connected with a Relay Assistant. Provide them with your Skype username.
- You will receive a Skype video call from the Relay Assistant.
- The Relay Assistant will then connect you to your caller via the phone. Speak as you normally would. The Relay Assistant will be available to re-voice anything for you during the conversation if required.
