Deaf users who are unable to hear or speak on the phone can call using the TTY to Voice service.

Hearing Impaired users who prefer the option of speaking directly to the other party can call NZ Relay on the Voice Carry Over service (VCO).

Speech Impaired users:
Speech Impaired users have two options: The Hearing Carry Over service (HCO) Read more or Speech to Speech (STS).

Deafblind users:
Deafblind users have a number of options to suit a range of hearing and vision impairments and can call using the PacMate, TTY with LVD (large Visual Display) screen, or Internet Relay.

Mainstream phone users:
Mainstream phone users can call any of the above using a standard phone.
