How does it work?>Hearing Carry-Over
Hearing Carry Over (HCO) allows people who are speech impaired to use their hearing abilities to listen directly to the Standard Phone User. The RA voices the typed responses from the HCO user to the hearing person, who then speaks directly to the HCO user without RA interaction.
